Duties:
• Liaising with client and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors)
• Supervising contracted staff
• Meeting subcontractors
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Motivating the workforce
• Problem solving
Requirements:
• Min. 3 years of professional experience as Site Manager and finished one project of Industrial Building as Site Manager
• Completed engineering studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable
• Completed technical education
