Demand & Supply Planner

We are looking for an experienced colleague for the position Demand & Supply Planner in our newly established Operations Department in Bratislava.
Demand & Supply Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining the demand plan for Red Bull beverage and POS materials at multiple levels, using statistical models and utilizing insights from Sales, Marketing and Finance. Demand & Supply Planner manages the flow of supply to secure 100% stock availability and efficient inventory levels. He/she also ensures an alignment with the financial plans and works closely with peers in Red Bull Slovakia to develop, implement and share best practices in alignment with HQ.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

# Demand planning
• Responsible for managing global and local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and meetings
• Responsible for analyzing the historical sales data & trends, and align together with Sales teams the Operations Forecast for proposal during S&OP meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand the sales demand plan, challenge assumptions, drive root cause analyzes to understand error in prior periods and highlight inconsistencies.
• Responsible for providing rolling forecast for Finished Goods and VISITS, identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan
• Create a robust planning function to support continuous improvement for the Business.
• Support the achievement and reporting of Forecasting Targets.

# Supply planning
• Translate SKU forecast to executable and effective supply planning according to the specified agreed guidelines from production planning at HQ.
• Lead solutions of Demand and Supply imbalances.
• Establish and manage inventory levels to ensure no out of stocks, inventory levels according to business plans and ensure healthy product age according to the quality guidelines.
• Effective plan displays building according to forecast with 3PL
• Manage product transitions of New and Phasing Out SKUs.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of Material Master Data.

# Portfolio management
• Provide the Operations and Sales Manager with Insights to conduct fact-based portfolio management.
• Proactively flag trends in performance and mix for both the displays and finish goods items.
• Initiate and coordinate workflows linked to portfolio management with all relevant stakeholders in the Product Request Data Base (PRDB) tool.

# Process, systems and miscellaneous
• Make sure to deliver month-end / Year-end processing.
• Maintain Systems and Database integrity.
• Document and update of local processes.
• Usage of standard reporting. Recommend improvements in current reporting. Standardize local specific reporting.
• Apply professional Project management.
• Proactively seek out improvement areas
