We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence, business intelligence, automation, and transformation initiatives within a global finance shared services environment.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and focuses on improving processes, enhancing service delivery, leveraging data-driven decision-making, and supporting the long-term maturity of a global business services organization.
The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functions while partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team supporting business intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive operational excellence and process optimization across finance and shared services functions
Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support data-driven decisions
Identify and deliver automation opportunities through workflow optimization, process mining, RPA, and digital technologies
Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and service performance
Support business transitions, process stabilization, and service integration activities
Develop business cases, assess financial impact, and track benefit realization of improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, Procurement, IT, and other business stakeholders
Drive adoption of new processes and technologies through change management and stakeholder engagement
Prepare and present recommendations, progress updates, and project outcomes to senior leadership

Requirements for the employee
Minimum education required
Language skills
Personality requirements and skills
8+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), Finance Operations, or similar environments
Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and change management principles
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required (Black Belt preferred)
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Knowledge of automation technologies, workflow optimization, process mining, and digital transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Experience building KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and business cases
Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively within complex, matrix organizations
Experience working with SAP or other enterprise systems is an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
