Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering and maintaining highly reliable, secure, and automated cloud-native systems. In this role, you will take ownership of tooling and processes that enable continuous delivery, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with development teams to enhance delivery speed, system stability, monitoring, and automation across the software lifecycle.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable software delivery.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using modern tooling.
Operate and automate deployments in cloud and container environments.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and tooling.
Maintain and improve container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
Support incident response, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production environments.
Continuously evaluate and integrate tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements for the employee
Minimum education required
Language skills
Number of years of experience
Personality requirements and skills
Cloud Platforms: Experience with at least one major public cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) or private cloud stack.
Containers & Orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, maintenance, Helm).
CI/CD: Expertise with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar.
Infrastructure as Code: Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or equivalent IaC tools.
Version Control: Strong experience with Git workflows.
Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python (others like Go are a plus).
Operating Systems: Solid Linux system administration skills.
Monitoring & Observability: Experience with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar.
Networking & Security: Fundamental understanding of network concepts and security best practices.
- Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) are beneficial.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
