Job description, responsibilities and duties
The ERP Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in the successful deployment of ERP systems within organization.
Relevant candidate shoud have strong understanding of maintenance area in industries like: Production / manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Energy or Waste management
Responsibilities:
Act as consultant between affected departments and external company providing implementation of ERP SW
Process mapping and optimization
Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure the ERP system to align with business processes. Customize the system to meet unique business needs.
User Training: Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system.
Support: Provide post-implementation support, addressing and resolving issues and ensuring the system operates smoothly.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ERP industry trends and best practices. Propose enhancements and improvements to optimize the ERP system's performance.
