Job description, responsibilities and duties

Provide ongoing support to sales personnel and customers by conducting administrative tasks in relation to sales and purchase orders, including after sales support.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Generate and process sales quotations.
• Generate and process sales and purchase orders.
• Provide general administrative support to sales personnel.
• Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and
customer satisfaction.
• Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers
including, when required, any financial issues.
• Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional
manner at all times.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules.
• Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a
timely manner.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills
