Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Preparation of training data for AI models (NLU, dialogue engine)
- Testing and test results evaluation
- Guidance of chatbot teams to deliver better chatbot experience

Personality requirements and skills
- You are energetic & enthusiastic about working in a growing environment and you have passion for AI, machine learning, natural language processing or deep learning
- You have analytical and structured thinking, can tackle complex problems
- You can read and edit JSON/YAML, can read python scripts and you are not afraid on new technologies (no programmer proficiency needed)
- If you've worked as a software tester or IT analyst in banking, that's a great fit for this role
- Experience with creating chatbots advantage
