Want to provide insights that make a difference? As Junior Key Account Manager in Traditional Trade, you’ll have the freedom to drive revenue, market share and best practice across a global customer portfolio.

Taking forward a dedicated category strategy for our Traditional Trade customers, you’ll develop solutions that mean progress for their business and ours. You’ll manage negotiations, develop promotional strategies, and build relationships with buyers, field sales teams and category development managers. If you ever spot an opportunity make things better, you’ll take it. And by doing so, you’ll boost satisfaction as well as sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieving strategic objectives per customer– i.e. NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC
• Developing customer new product launch plans
• Building long term partnership with customers
• Creating promotional strategy (per customer and promotional execution)
• Managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt’s commercial strategy and trading terms
• Maintaining a strong cooperation and effective communication with internal stakeholders

Our requirements:

• Previous FMCG experience, ideally in Sales, Brand or Trade Marketing
• University degree, ideally in a business-related subject
• Driving license
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Creative and “out of the box” thinking, providing an added value for our clients
• Strong analytical skills, very good communication and influencing skills
• Very good Slovak & English knowledge
