Do you speak both German and English? Would you like to work from your home (within the Czech Republic)? Do you like communicating with people and helping them with their issues? Our client will also welcome new colleagues without any previous experience.

• Analyze their issues, solve them, or pass the more complex issues to the higher level of the support
