About the role
V našej spoločnosti ponúkame platený trainee program pre absolventov na oddelení Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Team.
Tvoja agenda:
• pod vedením skúsených kolegov pripravuje dokumentáciu potrebnú na vyriešenie domácich a zahraničných reklamácií týkajúcich sa platobných kariet na platobných termináloch (POS a ecom)
- oboznamuje sa a aplikáciou predpisov medzinárodných kartových spoločností (Visa, MasterCard)
- podieľa sa na vedení a aktualizácii evidencie reklamácií
- komunikuje s kartovými spoločnosťami (Visa, MasterCard, DCI), bankami a obchodníkmi v anglickom jazyku
- spolupracuje s rôznymi tímami v rámci RPC a RBI
- pod dohľadom vykonáva potrebné finančné operácie na účtoch obchodníkov a držiteľov kariet
- posiela notifikácie obchodníkom v prípade plánovaných a neplánovaných výpadkov
- rieši požiadavky obchodníkov v našom portfóliu ako sú refundy, first presentmenty
- vedie evidenciu zadržaných kariet na POS termináloch • spoznávanie aj iných oddelení vrámci útvaru prevádzky a transformácie

- ideálne študent 3. alebo 5. ročníka na vysokej škole (max. 1 rok po skončení štúdia), alebo externý študent
- Dobrý znalosť anglického jazyka
- Základné znalosti Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Hľadáme človeka, ktorý je samostatný, komunikatívny a proaktívny, je ochotný sa učiť a s chuťou prijímať nové výzvy, má silnú motiváciu
