Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a colleague to join the forming DevOps Engineer team , whose role is to support requirements in the ServiceNow system.
You can work in a combination of : Nitra+Homeoffice/Presov+Homeoffice/remote by agreement

Your tasks:
• Adaptation and implementation of new features and business requirements in the ServiceNow system
• Technical application support for the ServiceNow system of Raiffeisen Informatik and its customers
• Coordination with software suppliers
• Installation of new software packages
• Participation in projects related to the expansion and enhancement of the platform
• Analysis, classification, processing of incidents, change requests and problems (ITIL)

Personality requirements and skills

What are we expecting:

• A bachelor degree in computer science or appropriate professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in application support
• Basic knowledge of at least one scripting programming language - JavaScript
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes
• Very good command of the English language (understanding, speaking and writing) (B2 or better)
• Basic German language skills (B1 or better)
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Ability to work in a team, service orientation and enthusiasm for new things

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1)

JavaScript - Skillful
ITIL framework - Basic
