Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a colleague to strengthen our team.The main job :
- Strengthening our "Server Storage" team with main focus on NAS including protection: ( snapshots, replication, usage of Load Balancers for high-availability) , user permissions on NAS volumes, NFS/CIFS/multiprotocol
- Storage (HDS, NetApp, IBM und EMC) and backup (IBM TSM, CommVault, DataDomain) components
- 2nd level support
- Incident and Problem Management
- Documentation management, data maintenance in systems, support in ITIL process compliance
- Close cooperation with infrastructure management, HW and SW vendors, projects
- Implementation of change management requirements
- Technical responsibility for standard components and platforms in planning
- Concept development and optimization of components
- Standardisation and automation of change management activities
- Participation in projects
- Daily communication in EN
Personality requirements and skills
What are we expecting:Knowhow in NAS Storage Component Administration
Knowhow in the administration of backup components and SW
Knowhow in administration of virtual solutions
necessary experience in the NAS field, preferably from the banking sector
knowledge of English at a communicative level essential - will communicate on a daily basis in a foreign language
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
