Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will become a new team member in our young Operation team who will take care of the most important thing for every customer which is keeping sensitive information secure.We are Team who has structuralized work and is eager to spread our knowledge and experience with new colleagues.
You will receive internal trainings about CyberArk software and time to accommodate in our Team.
As Security is a very important area for every customer the position requires 24/7 on-call duty (1 week in Month)
We already automated several tasks (we are lazy to do it manually ) but there is a possibility for improvements, and we are very open for new ideas.
Your daily business language is English, but you are free to talk in German with AT colleagues as well.

What you will do :
-Managing security application in CyberArk software
-Installation of security patches, releases, and 3rd party products on our dedicated servers
-Basic MS Windows Administration (AD, GPO, WSUS, IIS)
-Basic Linux Administration
-User management, incident handling and communication with customer
-Dealing with customization of new applications
-Participation in vendor trainings and certification if required
-Business trips to Vienna and Presov if necessary
Personality requirements and skills
Good understanding of IT fundamentalsFlexibility, Proactivity, Problem-solver, Customer orientation, Teamwork
Language skills: English – Intermediate (B2) or German – Intermediate (B2)
What is welcomed
Knowledge or previous experience with CyberArk or Privileged Access Management
Personal qualifications and certifications
Deeper Experience in Server administration
Scripting knowledge – PowerShell, BASH, Visual Basic & AutoIT,
Basic knowledge of firewall, networking, routing
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
