Contact Center Innovation Consultant (m/f)

What you can expect:

•Continuously discover emerging technology trends and provide hands on insights for business and IT how technology disruptions will impact our organization in an area of contact centers
•Project Delivery across all phases, in the close coordination with the specialist and technical contact persons
•Agile prototyping using newest and state-of-the art technologies (AI, Voice Processing, Data Analyses, Clouds and etc.)
•Active sharing of technical insights, spreading know-how across the enterprise.

What you bring to the table:

•Completed college or university (technical, scientific or economic studies)
•Several years of professional experience in area of Contact Centers
•Several years of professional experience in the field of organization / IT in a large company or as an IT consultant
•Independent optimization and strategic alignment of the existing solutions in Contact Center
•Experience in project management, in accompanying and implementing IT projects
•Experience in application support and the further development of IT systems
•Understanding of IT systems and ability to write simple Python scripts is an advantage
•High ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, customer orientation
•Independent, results-oriented and structured way of working
•Optimization of existing processes within the responsible field of activity
•Support and advice for internal customers in IT-technical and Organizational tasks
•Very good English and MS Office skills
