* Developing and implementing strategic internal communications plan ensuring messages from management and HR are properly communicated to internal stakeholders
* Ensuring communication strategy is consistent to the point and reflects company's stategic vision
* Managing internal communication output
* Suggesting what information should be presented to employees
* Ensuring consistent framing of messages in the company
* Editing and revising content for online and offline media and tools
* Preparing internal publications and other ad hoc tasks
