Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Analyse business requirements within the region for the purchasing of facility management (quantity & quality, define supplier market)
* Preparing CAPEX projects in the area of facility management
* Coordination of purchasing activities for CE
* Responsible for spend analysis, savings reporting, financial estimates for projects
* Reach process effectiveness and standardization
* Responsible for tendering and negotiation process for critical products or services
* Administration of contracts, implementation of the contracts towards internal customers and suppliers (complaint handling, day to day business with suppliers,…)
