Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an engineer with an understanding of database, recovery, and cloud industry best practices. This is a position that will deploy and onboard customers implementing Quest products - Data Protection and Information Management portfolio.
- Deploy and configure Quest Data Protection and Information Management Solutions
- Ensure customer communication and satisfaction when project is complete and make sure project has met all objectives and is completed on-time
- Maintain quality service by adhering to organisational standards
- Complete administrative project tasks (time and expense entry, status reporting, project completion reporting)

Personality requirements and skills
- 2+ years’ experience with database and virtualization technologies with experience managing Windows and Linux
- 2 + years’ direct experience managing file storage, backup, and recovery applications
- 2 + years direct experience with directory services, networking, and virtualization
- Working knowledge of different database platforms, virtualization technologies, server operating systems (Windows and Linux), and cloud fabric
