Quantum Group Solutions are currently working with an exciting, growing Tier 1 Automotive Supplier who have a strong global footprint.
They are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to be responsible for the growth and success of their Greenfield facility in Nitra.
In this position you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities of the plant. This includes: Finance, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, materials, quality and HR to produce products at the least cost to meet sales commitments.
Fluent in English and Slovak, the role requires an expert with senior management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
With recent plant management experience in the automotive industry you demonstrated success in leading change in a fast moving manufacturing plant.
