Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are a Slovak software development company with 15+ years of experience in helping companies around the world (such as Huawei, BMW, Forbes, or Slido) with their customer support efforts. Currently, we're looking to expand our marketing team, and are looking for copywriters who can write about our software in a fresh way.

Our products (LiveAgent and Post Affiliate Pro) are constantly developing - new functionalities and improvements that enrich the software are being added weekly. That's why we're looking for a new colleague to join our marketing team, who, in cooperation with the rest of the team, would leverage their knowledge and skills to help our products grow. The new colleague will mainly write about how using our software can improve productivity in companies, online marketing, and customer service.

Your main responsibility will be to:

- Write guest posts, PR articles and texts for websites
- Create landing pages, sign-up forms and suitable CTA elements for the specific pages
- Create SEO headings according to the planned structure
- Implement suitable meta-tags, alt tags, H1-H6 headings and structure the text
- Create the content according to the latest trends, own research or keyword analysis
- Identify a suitable type of content in the field of customer service or online marketing
- Write social media posts such as articles on FB, LinkedIn posts and Medium posts
- Ensure proper implementation of the internal linking of new and existing articles
- Interview customers and create case studies
- Assist in the creation of other types of content (video, webinars, audio, images, presentations, infographics, etc.)
- Cooperate with external contributors
- Check grammar and stylistics of existing and new articles
- Prepare FAQs for individual sections of the website
- Create questionnaires and surveys
- Synergize with the rest of the marketing team
