Representative of customer interests
On site work at Aurach, Germany
Working hour: office time (24h duty only in urgency)
experienced quality engineer with:
- good level of German and English;
- automotive experience, preferably 3-4ys in customer service position;
- good knowledge of automotive tools (8D, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA, PPAP, APQP, etc.)
- highly skilled in problem solving and managing customer meetings;
- good communication skills – technical negotiations and managing escalation;
- good analytical skills and preparing regular management reports;
- able to build good connection with customer contacts
Duration of the project:
probationary period for 3 months, and thereafter for an indefinite period
