To support our mission, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic Business Development Team as a Partnership/Membership Sales Support Specialist. This role will focus on recruiting and retaining partnerships and memberships for Qorus communities and events. Additionally, the position involves account management and coordination of learning activities. This role reports to the Head of Partnerships.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partnerships for Communities, Events and Awards:
Research and Targeting: Identify and generate target accounts through thorough research.
Email Campaigns: Create and manage email campaigns to secure initial calls with potential partners, members and sponsors.
Initial Contact: Initiate contact to schedule first calls with potential partners and members.
Networking and Outreach: Build and maintain connections to foster relationships.
Sales Support: Assist in the entire sales process, including administrative tasks in CRM, invoicing, and account management.
Ideal candidate has/is:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a client-facing role
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in business development
- Self-motivated and pro-active, able to work with minimal supervision
- English level C1, French an advantage
