Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Revise and reorganize quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Make sure that all processes meet international and national standards
• Monitor and promote quality as it relates to organizational goals
• Coordinate the collaboration with the other departments in field of quality
• Cooperate with Management to evaluate and improve workflow, maximize efficiencies and continually improve quality
• Coordinate development of ISO documentation, prepare documentation required for ISO audit
• Analyze the causes of failures, manage the on-going corrective actions according to results of internal and external audit
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to disagreements/differences according to results of audit and verify the implementation of solutions
• Cooperate with Learning and Development Department in case of Quality trainings
