Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f)

In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments, including advisory, tax, marketing, finance, risk management, sales, operations, or HR.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle across various departments
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
• Designing job descriptions to attract candidates for open roles
• Active sourcing, identifying, and engaging with qualified candidates through various channels
• Conducting both online and face-to-face interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Cooperating with EB team on related topics
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.
• Participate in various events, such as career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events, to promote the company and attract top talent
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Personality requirements and skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least two years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity.
