In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments, including advisory, tax, marketing, finance, risk management, sales, operations, or HR.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments, including advisory, tax, marketing, finance, risk management, sales, operations, or HR.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle across various departments
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Designing job descriptions to attract candidates for open roles
- Active sourcing, identifying, and engaging with qualified candidates through various channels
- Conducting both online and face-to-face interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Cooperating with EB team on related topics
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.
- Participate in various events, such as career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events, to promote the company and attract top talent
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Personality requirements and skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least two years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity.
