Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for passionate junior lawyers (paralegals) to join our PwC Legal team who will closely work with our experienced lawyers. We are looking to expand the team, and are designing a specific onboarding programme to ensure that we have a dynamic and enthusiastic team that will work well together. Guidance and support from senior colleagues is a must, and what is more, you will work in very nice surroundings of the Twin City Business Centre.

Responsibilities will cover:
- Legal work in the area of business reorganizations, due diligence, share and asset transactions
- Consulting mainly in the areas of corporate and commercial law
- Preparing professional legal reports, including drafting documents regarding clients’ legal issues
- Communication with clients, potential business development
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation
- Participating also in internal PwC projects of the company
- Performing other legal work

Personality requirements and skills
- Law degree
- Knowledge and orientation in Slovak law and legislation
- Fluent English (incl. Legal English) is a must
- Team player with good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work with new technology
