Job description, responsibilities and duties

PwC Slovakia is not just about audit, tax and consulting. Technologies became part of our daily life. Furthermore a huge part of our business is our technology department. Our team is more than 60 strong developers with various technical backgrounds.

In our team we have experts in AI, RPA, SAP and QA. On site we also have business analysts and UX designers. We have the resources to undertake end-to-end project development.

Our biggest pillar is BPM. Using specially designed IT applications we help our clients to optimize processes, manage & monitor process performance. Business Process Management is more relevant today than ever as it helps companies drive their business forward.

With Pega we have plenty of business opportunities outside of Slovakia mostly in German speaking countries. That's driving our aim to grow. We are looking for new colleagues who are ready for new challenges.

Personality requirements and skills

Technical skills:
  • previous hands-on experience with low-code platforms such as Pega, Appian, IBM BPM, k2, Camunda, Mendix
  • Pega certification (an advantage)
  • ability to build, configure and deploy applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • good understanding of integration (an advantage)
  • knowledge of object-oriented programming and SQL databases (an advantage)
  • understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum

Other required skills:
  • university degree (IT, technical or business background)
  • strong analytical mind-set and sharp logical thinking
  • English language (fluent - B2 level)
  • previous experience from consulting company (an advantage)
