Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an experienced professional in the field of civil and commercial law, a dynamic and motivated person who has worked in an international company.
Experience with inhouse legal matters (mainly contracting agenda) would be an advantage. The advanced level of English language is a must, other languages are an advantage. The successful candidate should be able to identify problems, have ability to make practical recommendations and conclusions. We expect excellent communication and contract negotiation skills, teamwork ability, responsible approach to the tasks, interest in financial and economic issues in Slovakia, Czech Republic and abroad.
Responsibility:
Reviewing and commenting on company contracts in the region of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), both vendor and client matters, providing support in contracting to colleagues in other offices within CEE, mainly Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

- minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in law field in business area, experience from an inhouse legal department of an international company may be an advantage
- fluent English
