We bring modern technologies into various industries - banking and insurance, public sector, utilities, telecommunications. For our client we provide a huge range of services from strategy, business analysis, functional designs to system integration, business cutover, migration and test management activities.
As an IT Business Analyst you will be primarily responsible for liaising between clients and our technology teams (path from business to IT clarification). Your task will be to analyze business needs and to suggest improvements in the quality of IT services.

As our new colleague be ready to:
- analyse and mapp business requirements, processes and objectives - analysis of current solution
- requirements gathering - communication with client about development of necessary system modifications to satisfy business needs
- analyse data to inform business decisions
- find technological solutions to business needs
- acting as an information source and communicator between business branches
- prepare reports, presentations on application development and implementation

Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in relevant subject/s
- IT background and experience with mapping and implementation of processes is highly preferable
- strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking
- creative approach to problem solving
- ability to pick up new concepts and technologies
- attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills (German B2 /C1 and English B1/B2)
- PowerPoint, Excel experience (Visio, Aris - advantage)
