Working alongside the leading experts in tax, human resource consulting, and corporate finance, our legal team brings the capability of full-scale legal services and innovative, tailor-made solutions to the specific needs of our clients.
Responsibilities will cover:

Responsibilities will cover:
- legal work in the area of business reorganizations, due diligence, share and asset transactions
- preparing professional legal reports, including drafting documents regarding clients’ legal issues
- consulting mainly in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, contract and labour law
- drafting legal statements, consulting with Slovak and foreign colleagues
- communication with clients, potential business development
- monitoring changes in relevant legislation
- managing and developing other team members
- participating also in internal projects of the company
- performing other legal work

Personality requirements and skills
- law degree
- minimum of 3-years experience in the aforementioned field of laws (esp. corporate and commercial law) is must
- fluent English (incl. legal English) is a must
- team player with good negotiation and communication skills
