Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our HR Consulting team responsible for HR advisory services for external clients is looking for a new colleague. Team’s focus is on projects in all HR areas that are part of employee life-cycle, mostly compensation and benefits, HR processes optimisation, assessment centres, performance management and HR data and labour market analyses. In addition, we also conduct two annual surveys, remuneration study PayWell and analysis of HR indicators in study called HR Controlling based on international Saratoga methodology. Our new HR consultant will be responsible mainly for:

  • Execution of various HR advisory projects – delivering projects for clients related to various HR areas, e.g.: development or optimisation of HR processes, creation of competency profiles, performance management, HR data and labour market analyses, assessment centres (30% of job duties)

  • Cross-team cooperation with other teams in PwC – cooperation with other PwC advisory teams with different expertise and skillset based on the needs of specific project or clients’ requirements (30 % of job duties)

  • Data collection and statistical analysis in PayWell study – communication with existing clients and acquisition of new clients for the annual remuneration study PayWell, data collection, conducting of statistical analysis for assigned industries and preparation of presentations for regional events (30% of job duties)

  • Participation in HR Controlling study – business development and data collection in assigned industries, analysis and processing of received data, preparation of outputs and implementation of the selected strategy, etc(10 % of job duties)


We are looking for a young professional with work experience (1-3 years) preferably in the area of HR with analytical mindset. Since we are a client facing team, customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills, both verbal and written in Slovak and English, are required. We constantly come across new topics and projects, therefore we are looking for a person who is willing to learn new things and at the same time critically assess the existing processes and come up with improvement ideas. Attention to detail and ability to work independently are considered an advantage.
