Consultant – Operations Consulting team

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Operations Consulting team is looking for a new Consultant. You will have the opportunity to build strong, well-rounded Operations consulting skills early in your career.
Operations Consulting team provides advice and creative solutions for a diverse range of private and public sector clients within CEE region. We’re guiding them through major operational changes and strategic decisions– helping with various challenges from operational effectiveness to providing ideas that enhance business performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • performing research and analysis of operational efficiency of our clients (including on-site job)
  • preparing project proposals and methodologies
  • participating in delivering complex solutions within clients’ operations
  • daily communication with clients and colleagues
  • performing analyses in MS Excel
  • preparing presentations in MS PowerPoint

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for a diverse range of graduates or experienced people (1-3 years of experience) from disciplines such as Economics, Management Systems, Mathematics or Industrial Engineering, who can demonstrate a combination of:
  • strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;
  • flexibility and agility;
  • excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills;
  • fluency in Slovak and English (German and Hungarian language is an advantage)
  • willingness to travel on regular basis;
  • ability to apply quantitative reasoning and statistical techniques;
  • work with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio is an advantage)
  • knowledge of LEAN principles is an advantage.
