Job description, responsibilities and duties
PwC Technology is looking for Pega CSSA and Pega LSA Consultants. If you become part of our Solution delivery Center team your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide Pega senior/lead architect expertise
- Work on various Pega projects across different locations in Europe
- Support new opportunities with technical expertise
- Support/lead building Pega proof of concept solutions/demos
- Facilitate Pega best practices
- Help with people development activities
- Take a part in technical interview with new team members

Personality requirements and skills
- Experienced technical expert in digital process automation solutions (experience 5 yrs+)
- Proven Pega experience in leading technology teams (2+), preferably in a consulting environment
- Pega certified (CSSA/CLSA)
- Other Pega certifications is advantage
- Experience in delivering large technology projects (1+)
- Ability to work under pressure, in a dynamic, project-driven environment
- Experience working in Scrum environment (1+)
- Advanced English (B2-C1)
- Prepared to travel and work internationally
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Preferred Scrum certified
- Preferred experience in a multinational environment
- Preferred experience in a distributed team
- Certification in other other/similar digital technologies is advantage
- Demonstrated technical proficiency, understanding of Java / J2EE architecture
