IT Operations Senior Specialist
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our IT department is looking for semi-experienced IT enthusiast, who has a sense of responsibility and detail-oriented work, can sustain a pressure and is not afraid to get out of the comfort zone.
The core responsibility is to lead and participate in the local IT support operations, to maintain a relation with business representatives and at the same time to keep an eye on the local apps, infrastructure and hardware procurement.
You will be leading a group of several people and you will be in daily contact with variety of people - from junior staff to company CEOs, from local IT team members to specialized virtual teams operating on global level.

Personality requirements and skills
- at least secondary education
- customer-oriented mindset and professional communication skills are must
- active knowledge of English is a must
- basic team-leading experience
- experience in corporate environment is an advantage
- knowledge or understanding of IT processes / ITIL is an advantage
- ability to work with data, understand it and interpret it
- general IT overview, enthusiasm in new technologies
- independent, flexible, reliable and hard-working
- welcoming the constant change and ability to sustain it
- specialised technical IT knowledge (like networking) or programming skills are not required
