Job description, responsibilities and duties

- managing international strategic projects, in various areas of industry, to a high quality standards and within the required deadlines;
- management and development of team members and other employees;
- contributing to delivery of the project;
- supporting sales / pre-sales activities;
- coordinating and delivering work at a high level of quality and on time;
- solving complex technical issues and presenting the solutions to the higher level staff;
- communication with clients and potential clients professionally, and in accordance with the company's policy and code of ethics;
- representation of the employer, working with others from within the employer’s global network, as well as with existing and potential clients, in order to expand your own knowledge and to acquire new work;

Personality requirements and skills

- university degree in relevant subject/s
- experienced RPA manager with 4+ years of experience in RPA with Blue prism (preferred) or UiPath (could also consider other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Nice etc).
- certified in one or both of above
- motivated to grow the RPA practice
- preferably from a consulting background
- experience in selling (eg developing proposals, pitching, client meetings etc) and delivering RPA projects at clients
- former background as a teamleader or manager, leading teams of 3+ members is must
- experience in Agile (preferably Agile or Scrum certified)
- excellent English, knowledge of German language is a big advantage
- prepared to travel and work internationally
- prefered experience in a multinational environment
