Client Service Administrator

In our Tax team we would like to welcome a new colleague, who will be primarily responsible for following activities:

• Master firms’ internal software and applications in order to respond to teams requests for information, update data in the systems
• Understand firm internal rules and norms
• Integrate and synthesize information from multiple sources in order to analyze complex data and results, anticipate issues and solve problems
• Proactively support multiple work streams or project teams to execute against an existing project or work plan

Previous experience is not needed. Customer-oriented attitude and very good communication skills, both verbal and written in Slovak and English, are required. The administration part of the job call for attention to detail and good organizational skills. We constantly come across new topics and projects, therefore we are looking for a person who is willing to learn new things and at the same time critically assess the existing processes and come up with improvement ideas. Last but not least, we consider good knowledge of MS Office package and English language at experienced level as a necessity.
