Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our IT department is looking for colleagues with basic IT skills, able to learn quickly and communicate effectively with the internal customers, employees of the firm.
The core responsibility is to deliver end user support to internal customers, our colleagues – that means – resolving issues on their laptops, mobile phones and other devices and also fulfilling incoming requests – related to company IT systems, hardware or software in general.
You will be in daily contact (in Slovak and in English) with variety of people - from junior staff to company CEOs, from local IT team members to specialized virtual teams operating on global level.

Personality requirements and skills

  • at least secondary education
  • general IT overview, enthusiasm in new technologies
  • active knowledge of English is a must
  • independent, flexible, reliable and hard working
  • welcoming the change, not afraid to get out of the comfort zone
  • specialised IT knowledge or programming skills are not required
