Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Academy, client training provider, is looking for a new colleague for the Intern position.

His/her duties will include:
• full course preparation, administrative support during the course, post-course administration,
• preparing marketing and study materials related to the training sessions,
• working with student´s data, Virtual Learning Enviroment and client´s repoting,
• administration of computer based exams,
• registration of clients for professional qualification (courses or exam sessions),
• communication with students, clients and other departments,
• keeping client databases and other information updated,
• invocing in accounting system – entering data and processing requets based on requests,
• other tasks set by superior.

Personality requirements and skills

• University student (1st, 2nd or 4th grade only),
• Available mainly on Mondays and Tuesdays (other days possible as well),
• good organizational skills, communication skills and time management,
• good knowledge of English,
• good command of MS Word and Powerpoint,
• advanced work in MS Excel is needed,
• basic knowledge of invoicing is very well evaluated.
