• preparation of benchmarking studies
• conducting different researches and preparing outputs
• participating in various remuneration and HR projects
• cooperation on new solutions in the area of HR and Compensation & Benefits

• experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits
• experience with data analysis
• strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
• fluent in English
• customer orientation
• MS Excel- advanced level
• interest to learn and grow quickly
• respecting deadlines and changing environment
• HR market knowledge is welcome
