One of the largest and most ambitious international property development companies is looking for a a smart and ambitious individual with 1 - 2 years of experience in real estate to join their team in Bratislava.
Initially he/she will be working under supervision of a more experienced colleague and will learn the techniquies of letting , build up relationship with potential as well as existing tenants, coordinate real estate and marketing agencies; prepare proposals; negotiate TOBs as well as attend various real estate events (conferences, networking events..).
Later on the Junior Letting Manager will be working on his/her own projects.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Passion for real estate, motivation to grow, outging personality and very good Slovak and English. And some real estate experience.
