Property Manager - Commercial Developer

PROPERTY MANAGER is to take responsibility for the following activities:

• Being in touch with tenants, managing business issues and negotiations, prolonging contracts
• Tendering and managing external contractors (such as security, maintenance and other)
• Documentation related to suppliers‘ invoices – checking of all invoices and expenses related to operation of the properties
• Supervising the budget creation, finalizing and updates, the tenancy schedules and service charge reconciliations
• Preparing regular reports
To perform the role well, suitable Property Manager should have around 2-3 years of experience in property or facility management with focus on a client.
Professional presentation, effective communication skills, dynamic personality with client facing skills are very important, communicative English and fluent Slovak are also expected.

Property Manager will have proactive and result-driven personality oriented on problem-solving.
