Job description, responsibilities and duties
Technical Support Engineer supports Sales Management, makes internal communication between team members and other departments, solves customer warranty cases, helps with spare parts, suggests products for different markets, plans support activities, preparing and modifying technical documentation for each region.
Should be focused on how we can train, support, help, and advise customers. He needs technically support them, provides all information, launches new products with technical background.
He should engage in solving complex technical problems and projects with customers, collaborates and share the knowledge with each other internal and external.
