Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsible for the daily warehouse operations in one of two Central Distribution Centers of Vaillant Group
• Managing and communicating of the external Logistics Service Provider operating East Hub
• Finding solutions for operational challenges
• Tracking and improving warehouse processes
• Warehouse status analysis - Stock-in-transit, returns, under- and overdeliveries, system differences (WMS SAP)
• Handling of customer complaints
• Regular reporting about operational KPIs and complaints from customers
• Communication with National Sales Companies and internal and external suppliers
• Managing the regular condition control and maintenance of fixed assets
• Annual inventory stock taking
• Executing Audits of warehouse processes
• Expenditure and booking of material to cost centers and projects
• Shipping ordering, etc
• Deputy of the Head of East Hub
