ACADEMIC AREA
• supporting team of teachers academically
• managing academic agenda through our software
• managing client database from academic point of view
(course designs, lesson counts, course updates, learning material, student feedback)
• course design preparation
• supervising colleagues when drawing-up course designs
• monthly reviews with teachers
• coordinating and assisting with placement testing
• overseeing library and keeping track of latest teaching materials published in ELT
TRAINING
• supporting colleagues, sharing and collecting information regarding training needs
• contributing to training and development strategy
• running and coordinating teacher training sessions
• attending conferences and webinars
• coordinating peer observation and ensuring constructive feedback
ADMINISTRATION & TEACHING OPERATION
• coordinating communication within the team of teachers
• supporting and coordinating colleagues when launching new courses
• running induction process
• the end of the month administration support
• ensuring teachers are up to date with administrative procedures including attendance sheets, course designs, lesson counts and reports
PROJECTS
• managing and assisting with new and ongoing projects
TEACHING
• senior teaching position
