Customer Support Representative

For our valued customer, international innovative pharma company, we are seeking experienced candidate for the position of Customer Support Representative (Hybrid)

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
• Acting as primary contact for assigned customers
• Providing the knowledge of the region’s supply needs
• Ensure business needs are fulfilled and sales targets are met
• Proactively anticipate customer needs and assure maximum satisfaction and loyalty
• Analysis and settlement of customers and promo campaign Decisions making support to optimize orders and product deliveries
• Providing information on orders, supply availability, timing, updates on products, programs, etc.

Requirements:

• At least Bc. education level in Business, Management, Agriculture or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Administration
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP, SalesForce and/or other apps.
• English language on B2 level mandatory!
• Slovak - mother language
• Results oriented, multitasking and collaborative
• Communicative, customer and relationship building focused person
