PROFIMED, the largest distributor of professional oral care products in Central Europe, is seeking for a reliable Sales and Office Manager, to help to meet our revenue growth targets, to organize and coordinate administration duties, office procedures and to be responsible for distribution of goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Office, logistic and shop management.
  • Order processing.
  • Coordinate schedules and perform administrative function.
  • Communication with customers.
  • Managing the needs of existing customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to CZ head office and accountants.
  • Communication in English with management in Czech Republic.
  • Negotiation with goverment authorities, translation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, native Hungarian.
  • Proven sales/ logistic experience.
  • Strong organization skills, loyalty, sence of purpose, independency.
  • Strong business sense.
  • Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
  • Wiligness and ability to learn fast /warehouse and accountant´s software/.
  • Driving licence B.
  • PC proficiency.

It would be nice if you have Czech or Slovak language skills.
