General Manager

•Operational leadership of local site with 6-8 direct reports
•Develops and maintains relationships with key customers and government representative; instills a clear “customer first” attitude
•Cooperate on building an ambitious strategy for next 3-5 years and operationalization into tactical 1 year plan
•Implement such plans into daily routine and operations according agreed timelines and budget
•Supports Business Development department with definition and implementation measures that drive commercial growth (which customer segments, which service offerings, inbound/outbound marketing strategy)
•Management of lab operations based on KPIs in order to manage Quality, Cost and Turn Around Time in order to achieve operational excellence
•Full P/L and cash flow responsibility of the site
•Leadership of regular management meetings and business reviews
•Creation of energetic culture of accountability and employee engagement
•Regular company wide communication and updates
•Collaboration with shareholder in the context of new acquisition
