• Ensure an optimal and clear definition of the tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage, set priorities and coordinate the timely and correct execution of the tasks.
• Manage, coach and challenge the employees in order to maximize their performance and assure their satisfaction.
• Set, manage and control the budget, time and costs.
• Ensure a working environment that meets the SHEQ policies and legislation.
• Follow up the logistical and administrative procedures.
• Ensure the proper functioning of plant and equipment.

• Advanced in English and fluent Hungarian is a must
• Min. 3 years of work experience in the individual position in Warehouse and Production (automotive segment is a big advantage)
• Experience in management & optimization of internal logistics processes within production facility
• Experience in value added service (demand planning, co-packing and projects) is a big advantage
• Extensive negotiation skills
• Experience in people management and leadership is a big advantage
• Driving licence B
