Talent Sourcing Specialist

Your mission:

• Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers in Slovakia and UK to understand their hiring needs (what are we looking for and what will be their job)
• The roles you will be looking for will be mainly in the area of IT or Finance
• Develop a plan on where and how to find candidates best
• Using various social media channels, you will identify suitable candidates, engage them directly and conduct pre-qualifications calls to get candidates interested in learning more about us
• Measure and report recruiting activities as well as build and manage talent pools to create a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
• Help us to better understand how we can be successful in finding the perfect people for our company, how to excite them and how to provide the best employer experience they deserve


Your profile:

• You like working with a collaborative and communicative team on a daily basis
• You can put yourself in the shoes of others and like talking to new people
• You are curious to understand more about open roles and potential perfect matches (create win-win-Situations)
• Proven experience as a sourcing specialist
• Active Sourcing is your passion, and you are at ease with various sourcing techniques
• Capability to build strong candidates relationships based on trust and integrity
• Able to keep yourself up to date on recruiting practices and trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills: attention to details and quality,
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a large spectrum of various stakeholders
• Strong English
