Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Planning, managing, and coordinating construction projects.
- Supervision of construction implementation in accordance with the project documentation.
- Responsibility for meeting approved deadlines and budget.
- Monitoring the quality of completed work.
- Cooperation with construction designers and site supervision.
- Sending out cost inquiries to potential suppliers.
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers & vendors. Participating on vendor selection in collaboration with general investors.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Participating on construction handovers.
