Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsible for delivering commissioning activities across cutting edge project intended to transform the digital landscape of an automotive manufacturing plant
- Lead and develop the commissioning team to successfully achieve company, team and individual objectives to maximize opportunity and mitigate risk throughout the life cycle of the project

- Oversee commissioning and acceptance testing of measurement equipment
- Meet with Commissioning Engineers on site to assist with commissioning and optimisation of resources
- Attend site progress and production meetings as required
- Liaise with AW Operations Treatment Managers, Works Technicians and Service Delivery Managers to facilitate successful commissioning of resources
- Work with Control System Engineer on regular basis and close issues, blockers efficiently
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers

(GE Proficy Product Suite (CIMPLICITY, Tracker, PFMD, Open Enterprise) or any other MES Product like Rockwell, Siemens, Apriso etc. )
- Experience working with different OPC’s like Kepware, FTLinx etc. Should be able to configure OPC server independently
- Experience in integration/configuration of OT-IT layer - knowledge of different end points like HMI’s, Scanners, DC Tool Controllers, Sensors, different PLC’s
- Experience with complex deliveries OR different types/ phases of deliveries
- Proven experience in engaging with business users and understanding problem statements.
- Good communication and Problem Solving skills
- Experience in the third-party integration
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, handle quickly changing priorities on multiple projects, and be capable of managing resources to achieve maximum results
Good to have skills:
