Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in enterprise security technologies. The role focuses exclusively on firewalls, application security, traffic analysis, WAF, secure email gateways, and ADC/load balancers. No networking responsibilities are included.
Core Security Responsibilities:
• Operate, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade security systems
• Manage and troubleshoot:
- Cisco Firewalls (ASA/Firepower)
- Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate)
- ForcePoint security products
• Analyze and interpret NetFlow (traffic flows, anomalies, threats)
• Manage application-level security
• Operate and support:
- Netscaler (Citrix ADC)
- F5 BIG-IP (LTM, ASM, APM depending on environment)
• Manage secure email gateways:
- Cisco IronPort (ESA) → migration and operations under Fortinet email security
• Perform firmware upgrades, security hardening, rule/policy optimization
• Respond to security-related incidents (A+/A/B/C) and lead root cause analysis
• Work with monitoring/logging platforms (Syslog, SIEM, NetFlow collectors)
• Maintain documentation and prepare security/SLA operational reports
